A very good experience we had at sreelakshmi. Service rooms and food was very good. Neat place and very friendly employees. Special mention to Mr Prem who took care of our needs and requests on a timely basis. Overall had a pleasant stay.

Our recent stay in Hotel Sreelekshmi Residency was really enjoyable with their impeccable services and security. The connectivity to the city and other infrastructure was really helpful. The behaviour of staffs, especially Prem was outstanding. Overall that was a very comfortable and memorable experience.

We had a booking at Sree Lakshmi Residency for May 20th, and while we unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to heavy rainfall, I wanted to share the positive experience we had with the hotel representative Mr. Prem. As first-time visitors to Kayamkulam, we had several questions about the area, and Mr. Prem was incredibly helpful. He not only addressed all of our concerns but also assisted us with planning our route and arranging transportation. Although we couldn't go ahead with our travel plans because of the weather, we were genuinely impressed with Mr. Prem's exceptional customer service. His professionalism and willingness to assist made a lasting impression, and we will certainly consider SreeLakshmi Residency for future stays.
