Rooms and amenities are good. Good hospitality. Staff are courteous and helpful. Good food. Will definitely recommend this place. Stayed there for three days in Feb'25.

The rooms are simple and fairly straightforward, nothing fancy. The service and food here are very good , but what really stands out is the customer service. The staff is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address any requests or feedback. A big shout out to Rameez, the Operations Manager for making sure the stay was good, and the front desk team—Siju, Prem, and Rajalakshmi—for making our stay smooth. Prem was especially helpful in arranging resources, providing timely support, and even booking cabs when needed. Sudhi at the restaurant ensured our meals arrived on time and was always respectful and attentive. It’s rare to experience such great service in a small town like Choonad. Truly appreciate the team’s effort—please keep up the amazing work!

This is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in recent times. The ambience, hospitality and the clean, spacious rooms with all facilities are all top class. The room service too deserve special mention..GM of the Hotel Sri Harshal n Manager Sri Rameez and all staff members too have been very attentive and always ready to extend any support... The food too was delicious.....Very happy to give a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for the wonderful 5 days stay at Hotel Sree Lakshmi Choonad.

Good hotel in the area with amazing food options & hospitality from staff. Food were all freshly cooked & what amazed me the most were the behavior from staff. They were absolutely on top of all things & went out of their way to make our stay great. Kudos to Prem, Rajalakshmi, Siju, Rameez & the entire staff team for a job well done !
